		<description><![CDATA[As a senior citizen who has never used an ATM, I am all about the cash.  I do understand the convenience of modern technology, but I appreciate your
acknowledging the inherent problems that could arise.  Many technical errors take
months to correct while your finances are on hold.  Using cash is also a great
budgeting tool.  Once the money in your wallet is gone, its gone.  That means you
have to wait until your next paycheck to purchase that new CD or whatever.  But 
that is off-track here, so I&#039;m looking forward to reading how it works out at Starbucks!]]></description>
